The Easy Setting

When I was a hardcore gamer, there was a lot of time I would try a game on the hardest setting. Then I would die, and be sad. So I would spend time trying to find codes to get all the gear, unlock all the levels and pretty much be invincible. *Take that you $*&#ing Flood!!* (for anyone that remembers Halo).

#$&^% Bee

Ouch! So working in the yard tonight, and after wrapping up a hot afternoon in the yard I get stung in the neck by a bee. Awesome right? Did I mention it was the biggest bee I have ever seen ... anywhere .... ever!

So after ricocheting off the walls a few times in the garage I go darting into the house. My wife comes to my rescue with an ice pack she puts on my neck while I try to wash mud and grass off my hands. Now I am sitting here with a giant golf ball swollen up on my neck and a small amount of pain.

Stupid Bee

iPad

Time to break down for the iPad. Still trying to justify $499 for the base model is going to be a tough sell, mainly for me. Apple doesn't falter on their ability to market what they have and sell it for more than its worth.

I think its time to get one. Not for the status of owning a trendy electronic device. More for the functional use of having a decent tablet. I don't even have an iPod touch so I figure if I'm going to do it I would do it right. Although this present will go to the one I love, I'm sure I will still have the chance to play with it on occasion.

Deadliest Warrior

This has to be one of my favorite shows now. Great to see all the weapons that have been used throgh time, but even better to see them used. Deadliest warrior is AWESOME!!
Can't wait for the Navy Seals and the Israeli Commandos.

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Kid loved it and made for an entertaining movie.
